starting a new chapter: August 2008

I would like to first start by saying I am so sorry it has been so long. Matt finished up the C-12 training in Corpus in June. So while he was a sweet husband and packed and moved the entire house by himself he let me so visit my family in Arkansas for three weeks. It was so much fun for the family to get to see Cross for an extended amount of time. Then Cross and I flew to Maryland and met Matt there for a weekend of wonderful wedding festivities. Kate and Andrew has such a beautiful wedding. It was a blast. It was so great to see some of the family I had never met before. Matts mom was so great to find us babysitters so we could go out and have a great time. Matt and I got to hangout and feel like we were dating all over again. However, after a day or so of that we really missed being at home with our baby. We are just homebodies. From there Matt went back to Tx and started his 14 hour drive to Fl with two dogs. He found us a house and had all the big stuff moved in before I arrived. I flew back to Arkansas picked up my little sister Baylee and we hit the road to Florida. We gave ourselves a week to move in, and then we hit the road again. We thought we were going on a nice vacation to The Keys. When we hit Orlando Baylee and I thought we were just stopping for the night and would finish the trip the next day. Sweet Matt had another a surprise for us. We had a 3 day pass to Disney World..YAY!! And it gets better. Matts parents were there a conference so we got to have dinner with them and they watched cross at night when we went back to Magic Kingdom for the fireworks and parade. It was a blast! However, I was super tired the entire time. I could not get enough caffine. I upped my daily diet coke to about 10...I didnt know what the deal was...then I started wanted chips and dessert really bad...hmmmmmm I couldnt be...really..You guessed it..We are having another baby..Wow what a blessing..We tried so hard to get pregnant with Cross and this one just happened..We could not be more happy..Cross and the little baby should be 18months apart. That puts me due sometime in March. So after disney we went down to the keys for a much needed relaxation. We came back home and had my grandparents for a couple of days and then Matts cousin for a week. Now we are all alone and getting settled. Matt is going to be doing a few months of the Helicopter sylabus and then to NC for a long time..Finally! We can't wait to buy a house and have somthing of our own. I promise to be better about the updates. I have my first 10 week sonogram today so keep us and our little angel in your prayers. I have posted sooooooooo many pictures of our past 3 months..We are still amazed on how cute Cross is. He keeps up laughing everyday with his big smile and big personality. He is the light of our life and just think we are blessed to have another one coming soon.
